All Lucellia Jewellery is made via our strict guidelines. Orders are made within 3 business days, however for custom-made orders such as rings please allow up-to 14 days for us to craft your item(s) to our stringent quality specifications. Delivery takes 3-10 business days.
At Lucellia, all orders include compulsory 2-Year Warranty meaning if your order has a defect due to our processes such as materials bending or out of shape, jewels breaking, gems detaching from the frame - we will replace it free of charge. We're here for you.
